In case of any damages it will be evaluated and deduced from the damage insurance deposit.
20 % of the total rental rate plus the damage deposit is needed to be transferred to my bank account or through any money transfer agent as soon as possible to confirm booking.
There is 10 $ charge for cleaning fees after departure.
