Cancelation Terms and Conditions

Cancelation Terms and Conditions:

If you failed to arrive at the apartment on the arrival date the entire booking will be cancelled. The apartment will not be available on any subsequent nights of the booking and you will be charged the cost of the whole booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking after it has been confirmed. Cancellation notification must be done 2 weeks before your arrival. A cancellation charge is 50 USA Dollars.
If the cancellation done in a period before one week of your arrival. One night cancellation charge will be applied.
If the cancellation done before your arrival with 2 days the booking deposit will not be refunded.
If cancellations were done by us for any urgent reason we will inform you at least 1 week before you arrival. And you will receive a full refund of any monies paid to us.
